BHA Analysis:
Use BHA Analysis to accurately predict directional tendencies of your BHA such as B.U.R. and D.L.S.
Vibration Analysis Critical RPM's:
Dangerous vibrations occur at certain values of RPMs called "critical RPMs". The goal of numerical modelling is to determine the frequencies to avoid in order to predict safe rotational operating limits.
Vibration Analysis Modal Shapes:
This method allows the calculation of natural frequencies and modes shapes of a stabilized drill string. Any vibration shape can then be decomposed into three types: axial, lateral and torsional which can then be linked to: Bit bounce (axial resonance), Stick-slip (torsional issues) and Whirl (lateral induced).
Torque and Drag Analysis:
Any geometry of a well can be simulated while taking into account different friction coefficients at any position of the string. As the drill string reacts naturally to the forces and moments applied to it, the model computes the energy loss due to torque and drag.
